I created Noga because of 2 problems I saw time and time again:
People who aren’t naturally bendy, endlessly trying yoga classes to no avail. Seeing people progressing ahead of them and wondering - what am I doing wrong?? (and being told “don’t worry, with time, all will come!”)
People who ARE naturally bendy and think yoga is the perfect physical practice for them, only to be plagued with niggles, injuries and again asking - what am I doing wrong??
Well, I’m here to tell you’re not doing anything wrong. You just haven’t had the right tools at your disposal.
NOGA courses are designed to build strength (and awareness) at end range. No passively hanging out and hoping, we use proven strategies to progress your flexibility, safely and effectively …and hopefully with a little fun thrown in for good measure.
